9am- 2 slices brown toast+marmite (at cafe)
11:30am- Cookie
12:30pm- scrambled egg and smoked salmon on fresh spinach
1:30pm- small peice white bread and butter
4pm- Half mango
6pm- half packet gnocchi, pesto and mushrooms
9pm- 2 small pieces fruit bread and butter
12am- piece bread and butter
Lots of carbs in meals today....more veggis? Lots of wheat.
