Seriously Jetlagged, which is definately effecting my eating habits...didnt eat any dinner last night at all and fell asleep really early which ment i woke up this morning at 2 30am!
2:30am- 2 peices white bread and butter/vegemite
7:30am- small bowl bran cereal with 1/2 banana and milk
9am- bit hunk of white fruit loaf with icing on top
11am- peice white bread with aubergine dip
1pm- tortilla wrap with lettuce, aubergine dip and olives
So far TONS of wheat...will make a concerted effort to reduce carbs. Swap for salads and eggs etc.
