21/11/11

Back from Barcelona, which was a bread and sugar funfair of a holiday, and trying to get back on the healthy bandwagon.
What I ate today:
7am: 1/2 tub lowfat vanilla yoghurt, apple,seeds
9am: 1 slice brown toast and nutella
10am: Apple
11:30am: Cream cheese sandwich on brown bread
1pm: Apple and Ginger hot juice and a few bites of toms panini
3pm: fruit and nut bar
4pm: Large size fish sushi
7pm- 1/4 cookie and big hunk brown fruit bread(no butter)
8:30pm- Large bowl spinach salad w/mackeral and a little cheese/apple/cucumber/seeds
9:30pm- 1/2 tub lowfat vanilla yoghurt

In hindsight this looks like a healthy day, though i felt that it hadnt been.  Id like to reduce wheat bread as much as possible, preferably switching to rye, and a max of 2 slices of bread a day.  I didnt really need to eat the yoghurt after dinner, i wasnt hungry and it was more out of something to do then a real hunger...same with sushi, i wasnt really hungry at the time.
