23/11/11

8am- piece bread and butter
9:30am- peice bread and nutella
11:00am- natural yoghurt, fruit and granola...very small amount
12pm- a few spoonfuls of mince and rice with milo, and a handful of milo's cheese bites
3pm- wild rice and beans/veg lunchpack
3:30pm- Licorice bar
5pm- half donut
6:30pm- peice bread and butter
8:30pm- Sabich from FalafelKing(brown pitta, salad,egg, aubergine...some sauce not much)
10pm- 2 x Cocktails

Again too much bread, especially it being wheat bread.  Felt that I ate more then i needed to today, but definately more of an emphasis on relaxing with my need to restrict foods.
